Choose a video

MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI, WMV, FLV, 3GP, MPEG, GIF and more · up to 1 GB per file

The video engine (about 30 MB) is downloaded once and then cached. Your videos never leave your device; long or HD videos can take a few minutes.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your video

Drop the file onto the page, paste it, or click to choose. Nothing is uploaded — the video is read directly from your device.

  2. 2

    Choose the settings

Pick the format, quality or range you need. The sensible defaults work for most videos.

  3. 3

    Download the result

Processing happens in your browser. When it is done, save the new file — or all files together as a ZIP.

Why PixNudge

Your videos stay private

Family clips, screen recordings and work videos never leave your device. There is no server copy to leak or delete.

Free, no watermark

No account, no watermark, no daily limits and no waiting queue. Only your device's memory sets the limit.

Fast when possible

When the streams already fit the target format they are copied without re-encoding: done in seconds with zero quality loss.

Frequently asked questions

How do I trim a video?

Open the video, play it to the moment where the clip should start and click Use current position under Start. Do the same for End, then click Trim video and download the clip.

What is the difference between fast and frame-accurate mode?

Fast mode copies the video without re-encoding, so it is instant and lossless, but the start snaps to the nearest keyframe (usually less than two seconds away). Frame-accurate mode re-encodes the clip to start exactly where you chose.

Is the trimmed video saved in the same format?

Yes for MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV and AVI. Other formats are saved as MP4.
