How do I sign a PDF?

Is this a legally valid signature?
It is a simple electronic signature, which is accepted for many everyday documents. Some contracts require a qualified or certificate-based digital signature, which this tool does not create.
Is my signature stored?
No. The signature only exists in this browser tab and is never uploaded. It is gone when you close the page.
