Which JSON library is used?
With Types only off, the code includes to_json and from_json functions for nlohmann/json, so you can write Root data = nlohmann::json::parse(text);.
Which C++ standard do I need?
C++17, because optional values use std::optional.
Can I set the namespace?
Yes. Enter it under Namespace and all types are placed inside it.
