Why PixNudge
Nothing is uploaded
Your data is processed in your browser and never sent to a server, so API keys, tokens and customer data stay private.
Instant, even for large files
There is no round trip to a server: results appear as you type, and files of several megabytes are handled smoothly.
Exact numbers
Long numbers such as 64-bit IDs are kept exactly as written instead of being rounded.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between minify and escape?
Minify removes spaces and line breaks so the JSON fits on one line. Escape turns the text into a string literal: quotes become \" and line breaks become \n, so it can be put inside code, another JSON value or a log message.
How do I turn an escaped string back into JSON?
Paste the escaped text and choose Unescape. If the result is valid JSON, it is formatted for you so it is easy to read and edit.
What does Unicode → text do?
It converts escape sequences such as \u4f60\u597d into the characters they stand for. Text → Unicode does the opposite and escapes every non-ASCII character.
