Why must the JSON be an object?
A TOML document is always a table of keys and values, so the top level of your JSON has to be an object, not an array or a single value.
What happens to null values?
TOML has no null. Keys with a null value and null items in arrays are left out of the TOML output.
How are TOML dates converted?
Dates and times become strings in ISO 8601 format, such as 1979-05-27T07:32:00.000Z.
