Why PixNudge

Nothing is uploaded

Your data is processed in your browser and never sent to a server, so API keys, tokens and customer data stay private.

Instant, even for large files

There is no round trip to a server: results appear as you type, and files of several megabytes are handled smoothly.

Exact numbers

Long numbers such as 64-bit IDs are kept exactly as written instead of being rounded.

Frequently asked questions

How are XML attributes shown in JSON?

Attributes become keys that start with @, so <book id="1"> becomes {"book": {"@id": "1"}}. Text inside an element that also has attributes is stored under #text. The same rules are used when converting JSON to XML.

What happens to JSON arrays?

Each array item becomes a repeated element with the same name. In the other direction, repeated XML elements become a JSON array.

Why is there a root element?

An XML document needs exactly one root element. If your JSON has more than one top-level key or is an array, it is wrapped in the root element you choose.
